Bloodlines – Solid international blood lines on the Sire’s side. Eros is a large dog with a heavy bone structure. Strong American field bloodlines on the Dam’s side. Several Field Champions and Amateur Field Champions. Two Dual Champions.
Physical Appearance – Liver and white with a solid liver head, heavy ticking, and a large liver patch on one side. Turbo is “put together”. Lean and all muscle. Very good agility, quickness, and speed for his size.
Hunting – Just a rock solid hunting dog. Solid prey drive and works a nice pattern in the field. Hunts at a medium range. Hunts with confidence and has the best nose of all my dogs. He retrieves to hand on land and in water. Our long term training goals for Turbo include preparation to achieve a NAVHDA Utility Test Prize I, participation in the NAVHDA Invitational (pending prize 1 status), and AKC Master Hunter Testing and Master Hunter Advanced.
Companionship – Turbo is an absolute joy to be around. He has a very easy going temperament. He loves people and loves to play with our other dogs. He is crate trained, house trained, heel trained, etc. Overall, Turbo is pretty happy go lucky and seems to have a good time all the time. Nothing seems to bother him.
Bloodlines – Outlaw is extremely well bred. He comes from a long line of versatile and field champions. Very deep gene pool of proven dogs in AKC hunt tests, AKC field trials, and NAVHDA hunt tests.
Physical appearance – Solid liver and very lean and lanky. Right now he is all legs and has huge paws. We expect him to be tall and slender once all is said and done.
Hunting – Outlaw is fully introduced to basic field work and upland hunting situations. He is beginning to range farther out but does check in. He has a very strong prey drive. He has a natural retrieve. He is starting to retrieve in water as well. We have been very impressed with how quickly he learns. Sky is the limit for Outlaw.
Companionship – Arguably the friendliest bird dog we have ever owned. It isn’t just that he doesn’t have a bad day, he has his best day ever every day. Loves life. He is the “Buddy the Elf” of GSPs. He hunts like Buddy made toys and otherwise is an innocent kid that is always happy.

AKC Senior Hunt Testing – Fall 2025/Spring 2026
Bloodlines – Solid international blood lines. The Sire,Twist Del Cakic, is imported from Serbia and a decorated international working champion in Italy and Serbia. The also has international champions throughout.
Physical Appearance – If Erk were a football player he would be a middle linebacker. Pure athlete. He is strong, quick, and agile. He is surprisingly fast for his size as well.
Hunting – Erk is a medium range hunter with solid drive and a very staunch point. Handles really well. He is very close to being a complete/finished hunting dog. He just needs a little more work on his steadiness, his retrieves, and to firm up his honoring skills (which we are addressing now).
Companionship – Erk has a good off switch. We do not have him in the house too often but when we do, he owns the sofa (too big to be a lap dog). Good with kids, good with other dogs. Not so good with cats. However, overall, a solid temperament.

Hunt Testing Planned Schedule
AKC Senior Hunt Testing – Spring/Fall 2025
AKC Master Hunt Testing – Spring/Fall 2026
Bloodlines – Vonnie has very strong hunting and field trial bloodlines. She has hall of fame GSP’s in her pedigree (Rusty’s Blue Earth Rexx, Dixieland’s Rusty, etc). Both parents – Muddy Creek King Louie and Muddy Creek Phoenix are polished bird dogs.
Physical Appearance – Vonnie is short and stocky. Very muscular and athletic. More patching than ticking and has a solid live head. Very healthy coat. Vonnie is not going to be very big but overall a great looking bird dog.
Hunting – Vonnie is close to being a finished hunting gun dog. She is a bird finder with a super nose. Points with great style and holds until flush. She has a great hunting pace and can cover a field quickly while still hunting close. Pretty consistent retriever. Just a solid gun dog that is all business in the field. With additional training we expect her to quickly advance in the skills it will take to title as a Master Hunter.
Companionship – Vonnie is a very sweet dog. She has a relatively calm demeanor in the house and has not yet met a lap she didn’t like. She gets along pretty well with our other animals as well. She loves being with people and is a good car rider. We do think she has a touch of separation anxiety as she will chew on things if left alone. However, as with our other dogs, we have crate trained her and that has resolved any issues with that.
NAVHDA natural ability testing – Titled Prize I (110)
AKC Master Hunter Testing – Titled
NAVHDA utility testing – Fall 2026
NAVHDA Invitational – Fall 2027
Compete for NSTRA Championship – 2028
Bloodlines – Husker comes from some of the best versatile hunting lines in the business. Top to bottom and on both sides of the pedigree she is loaded with champions in her gene pool.
Physical Appearance – Husker is a beautiful liver and white (mostly white) pup. Very easy to see in the field. She was the runt of the litter but has a very athletic build. She is the “Little Husker That Could!”. Also known as “the Peanut.”
Hunting – This young lady is going to do great things. She is a complete natural as a retriever. She hunts at a long range but checks in and is easy to hunt behind on foot. A natural when it comes to working the wind. She is “the little Husker that could” and she can flat go! She is super fast with a strong, steady point. The best thing I can say to describe Husker in the field is fun! She straight up loves to be out there. After hunt testing is completed we will run train and run Husker in NSTRA trials. We think she will have fun and do really well in that type of competition.
Companionship – Husker is absolutely as sweet as she can be. Loves everybody and loves all of are other dogs. She has is a very confident dog and holds her own with even the largest of our dogs. We love having her around.

Bloodlines – Solid international blood lines. Her sire comes from some of the oldest German lines – Hege-Haus.
Physical Appearance – We absolutely love Stormy’s color scheme. Size wise, she is the largest of our females and could pass as a male if you weren’t looking.
Hunting – Stormy is developing into a very solid medium range hunter. She handles very well. She is not overly fast but she keeps a very steady pace. She has good bird drive, a solid point, and loves to retrieve. She also backs/honors naturally.
Companionship – Stormy is likely the sweetest dog out of all of our dogs. She loves people. She loves to be next to you and to be petted. Stormy’s more an off switch dog that has to turn on when it’s time to hunt whereas most of our other dogs are on switch dogs that have to be turned off. We absolutely love Stormy and look forward to many years hunting as well as the possibility of having her in our breeding program.
